St. Eleanor's New Parish Center

To address the space needs of our parish family, including seniors, PREP/CCD, St. Eleanor School families, and our young families requires that several bold projects be undertaken. These include:

  1. New meeting space for groups of 200-400+ people.
  2. Ten (10) new rooms for additional PREP/CCD and school classes, and smaller class sizes.
  3. Separate, dedicated gym, new cafeteria and library for more activities and ease of scheduling.
  4. Space for enrichment programs such as science, language, art and music.

Creating a Parish Center affords us the opportunity to strengthen and grow our parish. It also allows more people to participate and benefit from the many things that our parish community has to offer. These include:

  1. Creating a place for people to participate and lead in the many ministries and activities within our parish;
  2. Strengthening the existing academic and faith-based education for our children in St. Eleanor School and the PREP program;
  3. Providing more classrooms and smaller class sizes for the children to receive faith education through St. Eleanor School and PREP; and
  4. Creating a sense of belonging among parishioners through greater opportunities for participation in ministries of the Church and the CYO program.

Methods of Giving

Thank you for considering a gift to the St. Eleanor Centennial Capital Campaign. Your support for this
campaign will help St. Eleanor Parish grow with the community and ensure its ability to serve our
parishioners for the next 100 years.

There are several ways that you can contribute to this special campaign:

CASH OR CHECK: Checks should be made payable to the “St. Eleanor Centennial Capital Campaign”
and mailed to:

St. Eleanor Parish
Capital Campaign Office
647 Locust Street
Collegeville, PA 19426

PLEDGED GIFTS: Pledges payable over a maximum of three to five years allow parishioners to consider
more substantial, sacrificial commitments than are possible with one-time cash gifts. Parishioners who pledge
may determine payment schedules to meet their own charitable and tax needs (weekly, monthly, quarterly,
semi-annually and annually). Payments by debit card, credit card and ACH Transfer are also accepted.

E-GIVING: Parishioners interested in making their gift to the Capital Campaign via debit card, credit card or
ACH transfer can opt to manage pledge payments via St. Eleanor’s Web site: www.steleanor.com and click
on “E-giving”. Please contact the Campaign Office for additional information and instructions.

MATCHING GIFTS: If your company has a matching gifts program, you may be able to increase the
impact of your gift by requesting a matching gift form from your company and including it with your
pledge. Please contact your employer’s human resources department to learn more.

GIFTS IN TRIBUTE OR MEMORY:
A Tribute gift is a meaningful way to honor friends and family.
A Memorial gift in remembrance of a deceased loved one, colleague or neighbor is a special way to honor
their life and memory.
Tribute and Memorial gifts to the St. Eleanor Centennial Capital Campaign are welcomed. Each Memorial
and Tribute gift will be promptly acknowledged with a letter sent to the person or the family of the person in
whose name the gift was given. Gift amounts are confidential.

GIFTS OF SECURITIES/APPRECIATED STOCK/CLOSELY HELD STOCK:
Gifts of stock to the St. Eleanor Centennial Capital Campaign can be a source of significant tax benefit to the
donor by eliminating capital gains taxes. The value of the gift is determined at the time of transfer.
Please contact the Campaign Office for instructions on electronic gift transfers of securities.
