A "cenacle" is a prayer group that prays the way the Blessed Mother and the Apostles prayed in the Upper Room, awaiting the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. In joining true believers throughout the United States and around the world in a new, tremendous and united prayer effort to defeat the culture of death. As Pope John Paul II wrote in the Gospel of Life, "A great prayer for life is urgently needed."
