Knights of Columbus

Perkiomen Valley Council 3633

Serving the parishes of St. Eleanor and St Mary

The Knights of Columbus are centered on four principles - Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism. Each principle is exemplified by a degree ceremony.  Upon reaching the Third Degree- Fraternity- a Brother Knight is considered a Full Member.

Charity, towards family, church community and to ease the plight of those less fortunate is the theme of the First Degree by which a candidate enters the order.

Unity among members is the strength of the Knights of Columbus. Unity in the Faith, with the Church and moral values is the theme of the Second Degree ceremony.  The Knights of Columbus has a motto… in service to one, in service to all

Fraternity among members is a principal allowing members to band together as brothers to help one another in times of distress, sickness and death. Knights are considered full members upon reaching the Third Degree.  All Knights are referred to as "Brother Knights".

Patriotism is the principle of the optional fourth degree
