Adult Choir

 

Saint Eleanor's Adult Choir welcomes all High School and adult parishioners to sing with them. The choir shares music with the congregation at the 10:30 am Mass each Sunday. Rehearsals take place on Thursday evenings at 7:30 pm. The choir season spans from September through June.  

Cantor / Psalmist

 

Cantors lead congregational singing during Mass. As well as proclaim scripture through song in the singing of the Responsorial Psalm and Gospel Acclamation. Cantors receive training throughout the academic year. 

Contemporary Ensemble

 

This ensemble shares Contemporary Christian music accompanied by piano, guitars and a variety of other instruments at the 9:00 am Mass every other Sunday. Rehearsals take place on Tuesday evenings.

Spirit Revival Band

 

From electric guitars to the drum set; all instrumentalist and singers are invited! Spirit Revival Band shares praise and worship music at the 7:00 pm Mass each Sunday. Rehearsals take place on Wednesday evenings. 

Youth Choir

 

The Youth Choir is open to all 3rd through 8th graders in the parish. The Youth Choir sings once a month at a Noon Mass. Rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings at 6:15 pm – 7:00 pm in the Church. All are welcome!

Elizabeth Calabro
Director of Sacred Music and Liturgy 

Elizabeth Calabro is the Director of Sacred Music and Liturgy at Saint Eleanor's. Elizabeth holds a B.M. in Voice Performance from Ithaca College and a M.M. from Westminster Choir College in Sacred Music. She believes that music is a way for all parishioners to come together to praise the glory of God. Elizabeth conducts the Adult and Youth Choirs at Saint Eleanor's
